CA Balan Narayanan (B.Com, F.C.A)

The Group was founded and is chaired by Mr. Balan Narayanan, a well-known figure in Professional, trade and industrial circles. Mr.Balan is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). His strength lies in maintaining integrity and delivering client satisfying services. His vision is to transform the entire practice into a platform of quality driven service industry.
He is known for his radical and at the same time philosophical views. In his own unique style, he combines technical professional subjects with philosophy to give a different and clear perspective on several legal areas.
His main areas of work include Company Law, Project Finance, corporate taxation Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing Audit, Indirect Taxation and matters relating to the capital market. etc.
He has also assisted foreign clients of the firm in establishing their business presence in India by advising with respect to the regulatory framework such presence, including the setting up of branch offices, liaison offices, etc

ASSOCIATE'S PROFILE

CA Hardik Thakkar (B.Com, ACA)

Hardik N Thakkar qualified in 2013, is an Associate Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India having wide experience in the field of Auditing, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Secretarial matters and Project Financing. He has also appeared for the Diploma Course on International Taxation from the ICAI.
He is the most versatile character and uses innovative methods to deal with complex problems. He takes a very broad approach to solve the intricate problems and key issues. He always strives to be different and is a highly ambitious person.
His area of expertise is Auditing & Certification work, Tax Planning, Management consultancy services, GST Consultancy, etc. He regularly represents significant clients before the Income tax Authorities including Income Tax Appellate Tribunal. Hardik is also engaged in International Tax Planning & Transfer pricing assignments for several companies.
